Tournament Rules — Genesis Cup
Official rules for Arxion Genesis Cup, the inaugural paper-trading competition.

1. Eligibility
Any user with an active Arxion account (Free, Pro, Elite, or Ultra) may join Genesis Cup. Participants must be 18+ and reside in a jurisdiction where competitions for skill-based prizes (with no real-money entry fee) are legal. Arxion staff and their immediate family are not eligible for prizes.
2. Entry & Cost
Participation is free. There is no entry fee. Joining requires opting-in via the /dashboard/tournament page during the registration window. No real-money trading is involved — all activity is on paper-trading (simulated) accounts.
3. Schedule
Genesis Cup runs over a fixed 14-day window announced via the Tournament page and Telegram channel. Registration closes 24 hours after start. Late entrants may join but begin from current period start with no retroactive equity.
4. Starting Equity & Trading Rules
Each participant starts with $10,000 virtual USDT. Only paper-trading on whitelisted instruments (BTC, ETH, SOL, top-50 by market cap) counts toward the leaderboard. Maximum leverage 10×. No external account integration. Deposit lock and PnL reset are enabled for the duration — see Terms §16.
5. Scoring & Leaderboard
Ranking is by total equity (closed + open) at end-of-event. Tie-breakers: (1) lower max drawdown, (2) higher Sharpe ratio over the period, (3) earlier registration timestamp. The leaderboard freezes at the announced end-time; trades opened but not closed are marked-to-market at the freeze candle close.
6. Prizes
Prize pool and distribution are published on the Tournament page before registration opens. Prizes may include free subscription upgrades, $ARX token allocations (when available), or partner credits. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Tax responsibility lies with the winner.
7. Anti-Cheat & Fair Play
Multi-accounting, scripted trading via undocumented APIs, exploitation of price-feed lag, collusion, and any attempt to manipulate the simulated order book result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of prizes. Arxion reserves the right to review all top-50 leaderboard accounts before payout.
8. Disputes
Disputes must be filed via [email protected] within 48 hours of leaderboard freeze. Decisions by Arxion staff are final. By participating you waive the right to class action; individual disputes are governed by Terms §13.
9. Modifications & Cancellation
Arxion may modify these rules, postpone, or cancel the tournament for technical, legal, or force-majeure reasons. Material changes will be announced ≥24 hours before they take effect. If the tournament is cancelled, no compensation is owed beyond a good-faith re-run.
10. No Investment Advice
Genesis Cup is an educational simulation. Strategies that perform well in paper-trading do not guarantee real-market results. Nothing on the leaderboard or in winner showcases constitutes financial advice. See Terms §2.
