Tournament Rules — Genesis Cup
Official rules for the Arxion Genesis Cup. The real goal is to master Arxion's strategies — Volume Radar, the trade journal and Trader DNA — through risk-free paper trading. Prizes are a bonus, not the point.

1. Who Can Participate
The tournament is open to Elite and Ultra subscribers. Entry is opt-in: open the Leaderboard page and click "Participate". Free and Pro users can see the leaderboard and prizes but must upgrade to compete. Participants must be 18+ and reside where skill-based competitions with no real-money entry are legal. Arxion staff and their immediate family cannot win prizes.
2. Entry & Cost
Participation is completely free — there is no entry fee and no real money is ever traded. Everything runs on paper-trading (simulated) accounts. You join with the "Participate" button while the tournament is live.
3. Schedule
The tournament runs for a fixed period shown on the Leaderboard page with a live countdown to the finish. You may join at any time while it is live — your trades from the tournament start onward are scored. When the timer ends, the standings are frozen as the official result.
4. Tournament Balance & Your Normal Account
For tournament scoring, every participant is measured from a level $10,000 baseline. Your normal paper-trading portfolio, balance and statistics are NOT reset or touched — the tournament is a separate scoring layer on top of the same trades you already make.
5. Scoring & Leaderboard
Your tournament score is the realised profit/loss of the trades you open AFTER the tournament starts. The leaderboard ranks participants by this tournament PnL and updates live. Ties are broken in favour of more completed trades, then the earlier entry. Trades opened before the start do not count.
6. Prize Eligibility (Minimum Activity)
To keep the competition fair and educational, prizes are reserved for genuinely active traders. To be eligible for a prize you must place at least the minimum number of trades, across at least the minimum number of distinct pairs, as published on the Leaderboard page for this season. You still appear on the leaderboard before reaching these thresholds — but only eligible participants can win.
7. Prizes & Distribution
The prize pool and per-place rewards are published on the Leaderboard page before the tournament. Prizes may include $ARX token allocations, subscription upgrades, or partner credits. At the end, Arxion freezes a final snapshot of the standings; prizes are paid to the top eligible participants from that snapshot. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value; tax responsibility lies with the winner.
8. Anti-Cheat & Fair Play
Integrity checks automatically flag suspicious behaviour — rapid-fire/bot-like trading, spamming identical position sizes, abnormal win-rates, and multi-accounting. Flagged accounts are reviewed manually by a human; nothing is blocked automatically. Arxion may disqualify accounts that violate fair play, and reserves the right to review all prize-winning accounts before payout. Decisions are final.
9. Disputes, Changes & Cancellation
Disputes must be filed via [email protected] within 48 hours of the standings freezing. Arxion may modify these rules, postpone, or cancel the tournament for technical, legal, or force-majeure reasons, announcing material changes in advance. Staff decisions are final and individual disputes are governed by Terms §13.
10. Educational — Not Investment Advice
Genesis Cup is an educational simulation. Strong paper-trading results do not guarantee real-market outcomes, and nothing on the leaderboard or in winner showcases is financial advice. Trade to learn the tools and build discipline — that is the lasting prize. See Terms §2.
