9. Subscriptions, Pricing & Refunds

Subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Elite, Ultra) and any time-limited Founder pricing are listed on the /pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. Payments are processed by third parties: Heleket (crypto payments on the web), Telegram Stars (in-bot), and CryptoBot (TON in-bot). Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency and Stars transactions, all sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. You may cancel at any time via the dashboard or by contacting [email protected]; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle. If you believe a charge was made in error (duplicate payment, unauthorized access), contact [email protected] within 7 days of the charge with the transaction ID; we will investigate in good faith but make no guarantee of refund. Founder-tier pricing is permanent for the lifetime of the original subscriber as long as the subscription remains active without lapse.

How to request a review of an erroneous charge

  1. Email [email protected] within 7 days of the charge.
  2. Include the transaction ID (Heleket invoice ID, Telegram Stars charge ID, or CryptoBot transaction hash).
  3. Briefly describe the issue (duplicate payment, unauthorised access, plan mismatch, etc.).
  4. We will respond within 24–48 hours (often faster).
